Akoda in Mumbai

Alliance Française de Bombay, along with the French Institute in India and antiSOCIAL is delighted to bring AKODA, a three piece Creole Jazz band to Mumbai as part of Fête de la musique celebrations (World Music Day) in June 2024. AKODA is a Bordeaux trio led by Reunion Island pianist and singer Valérie Chane Tef, with Eric Perez on percussion, and Thomas Boude on bass. These three accomplices have been refining their sound for a decade, taking us enthusiastically on Creole walks that make up their identity, and their contagious joie de vivre!
