David Walters India Tour: Hyderabad

As part of the Fête de la Musique 2025 celebrations, Alliance Française Hyderabad, in collaboration with the Embassy of France in India, the French Institute in India, Dark Vibe Society, Goethe-Zentrum Hyderabad, and George Hull Collective hosted a live performance by renowned Afro-French Caribbean artist David Walters at EXT, Film Nagar on June 24. With around 120 attendees, including Hyderabadis, expats, and music lovers of all ages, the night came alive with global grooves and soulful energy. 

The event also served as the grand finale of Metro Medley 2025 (June 19–24), a 5-day series of live performances across Hyderabad’s metro stations, celebrated the spirit of busking by blending professional and amateur musicians in public spaces—bringing music directly to the people. This initiative, organized by Alliance Française Hyderabad in association with L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad, Goethe-Zentrum Hyderabad, George Hull Collective, and Dark Vibe Society.   David Walters' show was a iconic finale to the celebration of music, culture, and shared connection
